Fastest support path
Sign in and use the support button in the lower-right corner. Your conversation stays attached to your account and replies appear there. If you cannot sign in, email support@thereactbook.com. Never send passwords, one-time codes, license keys, or card details.
Sign-in and access
ReactBook sends a one-time code to your email. Use the address from checkout so purchased access attaches automatically. Check spam, wait a minute, and request one fresh code before contacting support.
Downloads, purchases, and receipts
Polar is the merchant of record and securely delivers the bundle files. Open Account, then Downloads, billing, and receipts. Single Volume and All Volumes are one-time purchases. For a purchase made with a different email, include both addresses in your private support conversation.
Single Volume access
A Single Volume purchase includes the selected volume as PDF and EPUB, its complete slides, its cheatsheets, and future revisions to those files. Volume I is the only available selection at launch.
All Volumes access
All Volumes includes the digital bundle for all 12 planned volumes. Volume I is available now; later volume bundles are added as they are published. If an available download stays locked after purchase, sign out and back in before opening support.
Account recovery and privacy
Use “Sign out everywhere” from Account if a device is lost. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests, write from the account email. Some purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained where legally required.
