Final sale policy
ReactBook digital purchases are final, while non-waivable remedies required by law still apply.

This policy applies to ReactBook Single Volume and ReactBook All Volumes purchases.
Digital access
Access begins after Polar confirms payment and ReactBook attaches the purchase to an account. Digital purchases are final. ReactBook does not offer discretionary refunds, exchanges, returns, or purchase cancellations.
Legacy subscriptions
ReactBook no longer offers a public subscription checkout. For an existing legacy subscription, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not reverse a completed charge. Access continues through the period already paid for and ends only when Polar revokes the subscription.
Mandatory rights
Some countries or regions provide non-waivable rights for digital content. Those rights apply where required by law and may be handled through Polar as merchant of record. When a mandatory payment reversal occurs, access associated with that order may be revoked.
Duplicate charges and access problems
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or cannot access a completed purchase, contact support with the email used at checkout and the Polar order details. ReactBook will verify the order, restore access, or coordinate the remedy required by law or Polar buyer terms.
